Team Coaching

Have you ever wondered why some teams work brilliantly together, get results, and have fun along the way? What is it about these teams that makes everyone want to join them?

Some people believe that these high-performance teams are a rare combination of talent and know how.  They don’t need to be.  As a leader and team, you can learn – together – the habits and skills required to make great teamwork both engaging and productive.

Focus Areas

Building team well-being, safety, and belonging

Enhancing communication skills

Engaging in successful partnerships

Clarifying stakeholder expectations and building relationships

Fostering ownership and accountability

Establishing trust

Igniting creativity

Managing team conflict

Reinforcing continuous team learning

Working across silos

What Can You Expect?

Team coaching engagements generally take place over a period of nine months and begin with a team assessment and diagnosis. During a team coaching engagement, the team is made aware of how they might work more effectively together (team dynamic and patterns) and with their stakeholders (systemic patterns).  They also learn about effective processes that are best suited for their teams to accomplish the work.

I also offer custom packages for teams and groups of leaders. These include development programs to improve specific skills that your organization requires of its leaders. These programs are separate and distinct from a team coaching engagement. They may take place over the course of a day or offered as multi-module workshops.

If you would like to discuss working together with your team, please contact me.
